Orlando Romeo is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Space Sciences Laboratory (SSL) at the University of California, Berkeley. He primarily studies solar wind electron dynamics observed by Parker Solar Probe, and contributes to the calibration of the SPAN-E instrument. His research focuses on physical processes in the inner Heliosphere, including plasma physics, planetary magnetism, and solar eruptive events. His work combines data science, computational modeling, and machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret complex space plasma phenomena. In addition, Orlando has extensive laboratory experience and practical expertise with space instrumentation, including the development, testing, and deployment of various instruments.
